Once your test kit has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel the shipment. However, you may still request a refund within 30 days of receiving your kit, provided your sample has not been sent back to us.

You do not need to return the test kit to us.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@pawspectivegroup.com as soon as possible with your order number and proof of purchase. We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled or refunded.

Once your sample has been posted back to us, received by us, or testing/report preparation has started, your order becomes non-refundable.
